Documented steps

  1. Run `podman compose run --rm <service> <command>` to start a NEW container from the service's image, run the command, then remove it.
  2. Typical use: `podman compose run --rm app python manage.py migrate`.
  3. `run` also starts services it depends_on; add `-d` to detach and `-e KEY=val` to set env.
  4. Without `--rm` the container is left in an exited state after finishing.
