Read dayofweekstr and starttime/endtime (or start24/end24 for 24-hour format) for each stop
Read location and locationdesc for the stop address, and optionaltext for the menu/food description at that stop

Known gotchas
This is a child table of Mobile Food Facility Permit - rows only exist for trucks with an actively filed schedule; a truck with a valid permit but no schedule on file won't appear here
addr_date_modified reflects when the schedule row was last edited, which can be years stale if a vendor stopped updating their route without formally canceling the permit
