Retrieve booked dates from EZRentOut to check equipment availability before creating an order

Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Authenticate with the company access token
Call the booked-dates endpoint for the fixed asset or asset stock item in question
Parse the returned date ranges to identify open rental windows
Cross-check the open windows against the desired rental period before creating the order
Repeat per asset/group when checking availability for a multi-item order
Known gotchas
Booked-dates lookups differ between fixed assets and asset stock (bulk/consumable) items — using the wrong endpoint for the item type returns unusable data
Availability can change between the check and the actual checkout call, so re-validate immediately before confirming
