Steps

Install TrustedQSL (TQSL) and complete the one-time station setup, including requesting and installing your personal callsign certificate from ARRL before first use.
Invoke TQSL from the command line non-interactively, e.g. tqsl -d -u -a new -x -l "STATION_LOCATION" mylog.adi, to sign and upload without opening the GUI.
Use -a new to upload only QSOs added since the last successful upload, or -a all to force re-signing and upload of the full file.
Check the process exit status after the run (0 indicates success; nonzero codes map to specific documented TQSL error conditions) to confirm the upload succeeded.
Redirect diagnostic output to a file (e.g. 2>results.txt) so an automated caller can parse errors without a GUI prompt.

Known gotchas

TQSL requires a pre-installed personal certificate tied to your callsign; there is no way to sign or upload without first completing ARRL's identity-verification and certificate-request process.
Command-line TQSL still drops into interactive menu mode unless -q or -x is supplied, so unattended automation must always include one of those flags.
