sync tour and activity availability, pricing, and bookings into the tui musement catalog via the porta supplier api

Steps
confirm current branding: Musement was acquired by TUI and now trades as TUI Musement; legacy Musement domains (musement.com, business.musement.com, porta.redoc.ly) remain the live operational domains under Musement S.p.A., part of TUI Group
register a free supplier account on the Musement business platform; an Offer Supply team member must verify the account before any experience can be created or PORTA access granted
once verified, contact the Offer Supply representative to negotiate PORTA (Perfect Open Road To Activities) access; after contract negotiation, the Integrations team issues API credentials
use PORTA to manage vendors, experiences, options, holder categories, mandatory questions, pickup points, and availability slots (daily, open, and time slot types)
consume PORTA webhooks (hold availability, booking confirmation request, booking cancellation request, health check) so bookings made against the Musement catalog are pushed back to the supplier's own system
note that PORTA-created experiences are not auto-published: a Content Supplier Connectivity team member must link the PORTA experience to the business-platform listing, and text/images must pass review before it appears in the live catalog
Known gotchas
PORTA access is a two-step gate: business-platform account verification first, then a separate contract/credentialing step with the Integrations team — not self-serve instant signup
experiences are not live immediately after API creation; manual staff linking and content review is required before publication
PORTA (supplier-side) is a different API from the reseller/distribution Musement partner API, which OTAs/travel agencies use to sell the catalog via merchant or affiliate integration types, gated behind its own signed contract and sandbox-to-production checklist — don't conflate the two
