Steps

  1. Register in the ServiceTitan developer portal, add an app, and generate app keys under Login to My Apps
  2. Authenticate using OAuth 2.0 client credentials grant to obtain an access token, which expires after 900 seconds
  3. Test against the Integration environment first — it's open to all developers, while Production requires an actual ServiceTitan customer tenant
  4. Use the API & Webhook Reference tab to find the current Jobs resource schema and create a job tied to a customer/location record
  5. Assign a technician and dispatch the job using the corresponding dispatch endpoint documented for that API version
  6. Subscribe to relevant webhook events to track job status changes without polling
