Steps

  1. In Architect, export the flow's configuration as an .i3flow file, or maintain the flow directly in YAML where that format is supported
  2. Use Import on the target flow to load the .i3flow or YAML file, noting that import overwrites the existing configuration rather than merging
  3. Remap org-specific references (queues, data actions, integrations) that don't carry over automatically between orgs
  4. Publish the imported flow and validate it with Architect's debugger before routing live interactions to it
  5. For bulk operations across many flows, script exports with Archy or equivalent CLI tooling
