Log in to, or register for, CPKC's Customer Station portal, since API access is provisioned through that customer account.
Use Customer Station's request workflow to ask for access to specific API tools.
Contact a CPKC transportation/logistics representative via the "Connect with an expert" link if the self-serve request path doesn't cover your use case.

Known gotchas

CPKC's public API page is high-level marketing content; concrete endpoint names, auth methods, and schemas are not published outside the authenticated Customer Station.
Because access is provisioned per customer account, expect a manual approval step rather than an instant self-serve API key.
