Steps
In Rentvine, create a temporary user for zInspector using the address format setup+yourcompanyname@zinspector.com
Email zInspector support to notify them the user is ready so they can accept the invitation and configure the sync
Once connected, zInspector automatically pulls property records (including bedroom/bathroom counts) plus tenant and owner contact and lease data from Rentvine
After an inspection is completed in zInspector, confirm it uploads a copy of the inspection report back into Rentvine
Confirm work orders are being generated in Rentvine automatically based on the inspection findings
Known gotchas
Setup requires manually creating and inviting a specially formatted temporary user in Rentvine — there's no self-serve OAuth flow documented
Data flows both directions automatically once connected; there's no documented way to selectively sync only certain properties
