Steps

  1. Authenticate with an API key from the Motive Dashboard using the X-API-Key header
  2. Call the reefer thresholds endpoint for a given asset to read current high/low temperature thresholds
  3. Call the update-reefer-temperature-thresholds endpoint to set new threshold values per zone
  4. Re-fetch the thresholds to confirm the update took effect
  5. Combine with the reefer samples endpoint to build your own closed-loop excursion check against the configured thresholds
