Steps
Generate a ShipX API token from the Parcel Manager account configuration panel
Query the Points endpoint with a geographic location or postal code to retrieve nearby lockers and PUDO points
Present the returned list of points, including operating details, to the customer for selection at checkout
Capture the selected point's unique identifier
Include the point identifier as the delivery target when creating the shipment via the ShipX shipment creation endpoint
Retrieve and print the generated label for drop-off or courier collection to the locker network
Known gotchas
InPost is consolidating country-specific endpoints into a unified Global API, so integrations built against older per-market endpoints should track the migration guide to avoid disruption
The Points API now returns both parcel lockers and PUDO points from a single query — treat the point type field as required input rather than assuming all results are lockers
Locker availability and size constraints are location-specific; a selected point does not guarantee capacity for oversized parcels
