Steps
Register for API access and obtain a JustGiving API key/App ID
Create a fundraising page for a specific event/campaign in an 'unowned' state, which does not require the eventual fundraiser's authentication at creation time
Provide the intended owner's claim details so the fundraiser can later claim the page through JustGiving's claim flow
Validate the desired page short name/URL is available before creating the page
Retrieve the created page to confirm content and status
Known gotchas
Unowned pages require a distinct claim step before the nominal fundraiser has full control — the page is not immediately 'owned' at creation
Other page-creation flows require basic auth (consumer email/password) or a bearer token on behalf of the user — a different authentication path than the unowned-page flow
Page short name/URL availability must be validated separately, or creation can fail on a collision
