Steps
Confirm current branding: Beacon Roofing Supply was acquired by QXO, Inc. in an April 29, 2025 merger and has operated under the QXO name since; the 'Beacon PRO+' program name was retired, with its ordering/rewards/project-management features folded into the QXO.com site and QXO mobile app under the same login credentials
Review the API Services page (qxo.com/customapi) to see the six offered API surfaces: Order API, Pricing API, Account API, Product API, Delivery Tracking API, and Invoice API
Submit a request through the 'Contact us' link (go.qxo.com/qxoapi) — these APIs are sales-gated partner integrations, not self-serve/public developer docs with open signup
Once approved, use the Order API to place material orders and poll status, the Pricing API for real-time single/multi-product pricing, and the Product API to browse catalog specs and availability
Use the Delivery Tracking API to receive delivery photo/status notifications, and the Invoice API to pull invoice and payment-status data into your own system
If you only need CRM-side ordering (not a raw API), use the pre-built Integration Partners list (qxo.com/integrations) instead of the custom API path
Known gotchas
QXO does not publish self-serve API credentials or interactive docs on customapi — every integration starts as a sales conversation, unlike JobNimbus or AccuLynx's open developer portals
Existing Beacon Bectran credit-application links and Beacon-addressed checks were still honored during the transition window, but new Ship To/Remit To/payment records use the QXO name — expect stale 'Beacon' references in older paperwork
Do not create a separate 'Beacon PRO+' route — the brand and program name no longer exist independently; all current documentation is under qxo.com
