Obtain API credentials through the protel developer portal

Known gotchas
This Open API (openapi-docs.protel.io / developer.protel.io) is a different, newer surface than the legacy protel Air help documentation hosted on connect.protel.net, so field names and capabilities should not be assumed to match the older Air interface
Protel Cloud PMS was rebranded under Planet after acquisition; some marketing and support pages use the Planet name while developer-facing docs still use the protel domain
