Get a Netlify personal access token or an OAuth access token.
Open a WebSocket to wss://socketeer.services.netlify.com/build/logs.
Obtain an access control token, then send a payload: {"access_token": <token>, "deploy_id": <deploy_id>, "site_id": <site_id>}.
Receive streaming build/log lines over the socket.

Known gotchas

Netlify's deploy logs are streamed over websocket (the /build/logs path), not a plain REST GET — this matches netlify/deploy-logs-api example.
Deploy log contains build stdout plus Netlify-specific dependency-caching/config messages.
Auth: PAT via Authorization header for REST; the websocket uses an access_token field in the payload. Password resets invalidate all prior tokens.
