Documented steps

  1. Send DELETE to https://api.github.com/repos/{owner}/{repo}/actions/runs/{run_id}
  2. The API returns HTTP 204 No Content on success and removes the run and its associated artifacts and logs
  3. Confirm the deletion by attempting to GET the run, which should now return 404
