Steps
Authenticate to the Admin GraphQL API with your sandbox or production credentials.
Use the client query in the Admin API schema to retrieve an existing client's profile, contact info, and appointment history.
Use the corresponding client mutations to create or update a client record with new contact or profile details.
Paginate or filter client queries as needed for larger client lists, following the schema's documented connection pattern.
Re-query the client after a mutation to confirm the change was persisted.
Known gotchas
Boulevard's schema is GraphQL, so field selection is explicit; omitting a field from your query/mutation selection set means it won't appear in the response at all, not that it's empty.
Client API access (customer-facing) and Admin API access (merchant-facing) expose different client-record permissions, so verify you're calling the API appropriate to who is initiating the request.
