Steps
Establish an API business relationship with ABC Fitness; this is required before any credentials are issued.
Log into the ABC API client portal and generate an Application ID and Application Key under API Keys.
Request whitelisting for each club you want to connect, formatted as clubNumber/timezone matching what ABC has configured for that club.
Review the API reference to identify member, prospect, club, employee, and calendar endpoints relevant to your integration.
Consider using one of ABC Ignite's 50+ certified integration partners, such as Perkville or Les Mills, instead of building custom if your use case is already covered.
Known gotchas
Clubs must be explicitly whitelisted per clubNumber/timezone; a valid Application ID/Key pair still fails against a club that hasn't been whitelisted.
This is the legacy ABC Financial API host; newer integration guidance may live under docs.middle.app or ABC's own Ignite-branded resources since ABC has been consolidating branding.
