Steps
Log into the Hana Florist POS dashboard and open the wire-service interface settings
Select which wire services the shop participates in (Flower Shop Network, FTD, BloomNet, BloomNation)
Enter the shop's existing member credentials/account identifiers for each wire service being connected
Verify that a test incoming wire order routes into the same order queue as website and walk-in orders
Confirm outgoing relay orders sent from Hana appear correctly in the destination wire service's system
Known gotchas
Wire services generally do not expose an open public API for third parties, so this integration relies on Hana's own built-in connector rather than a documented endpoint the shop can call directly
Each wire service requires its own separate account/membership; Hana does not create wire-service memberships on the shop's behalf
