Documented steps

  1. Install and authenticate flyctl: `fly auth login` or `fly auth token`.
  2. Run `fly logs --app <app>` to stream logs continuously.
  3. Filter to one instance with `--machine <machine_id>` or `--instance`; filter to a region with `--region <code>`.
  4. Use `--no-tail` to fetch only the buffered logs and exit instead of streaming.
  5. Use `--json` for JSON output.
