Keep field notes and logs available on-site during construction or decommissioning for inspector review
Submit the well report to Ecology within 30 days of completing construction or decommissioning
Tag the well within the same 30-day window
Retain a copy of the submitted report and underlying field records for at least 3 years
Produce records on request for state or local inspection during the retention period
