Steps

  1. Confirm the listing brokerage has an active CREA membership and has opted their brokerage into DDF sharing
  2. Apply for DDF API access through your local real estate board to receive OAuth2 client credentials tied to that board's data feed
  3. Obtain a bearer access token from CREA's Identity Server using the OAuth2 client credentials grant
  4. Call the DDF Web API base at ddfapi.realtor.ca with the bearer token to pull listings scoped to your authorized board/member
  5. Respect the permission model, since only listings the brokerage opted into DDF distribution will appear in the feed
