Create a Persona Case and attach a flagged Inquiry to it for manual compliance review

Steps Choose or create a case-template-id in the Persona dashboard that defines the case's status workflow Call POST /cases with the case-template-id and, optionally, object-ids to attach the Inquiry/Report at creation time If the Inquiry wasn't attached at creation, add it afterward via the case's object-attachment endpoint Have a reviewer transition the case through its template-defined statuses (initial to intermediate to end type) as they investigate Read the case's final status to drive your own onboarding decision (approve, deny, escalate)
Known gotchas Case statuses are fully custom per case-template — there's no universal 'approved'/'denied' status name to hardcode against A case must reference a valid case-template-id or creation fails; templates are configured in the dashboard, not inferred from the Inquiry Attaching objects after creation uses a different endpoint than the initial object-ids param — don't assume the same call handles both
