Steps
Authenticate and open a session
Call the Create Quote/Order/BidPro Estimate header method — this creates header-level data only
Add Internal Notes to the header if extra context is needed, since Standard-tier API does not support line items
If on an Enterprise-tier subscription, use the order management endpoints to add and manage line items
Call the corresponding Get method to confirm the record was created and check its status
