Steps
Contact Clear Capital to set up developer/API access, since onboarding is required before the self-serve API docs portal is usable.
Review the RESTful API reference at docs.api.clearcapital.com/introduction for the available valuation products.
Submit an order specifying the desired product (Hybrid Appraisal, Desktop Appraisal, CDA, Universal Data Collection, BPO, or ClearAVM).
Choose the payment option per order: charge the customer's card or invoice the lender.
Track the automated fulfillment milestone events to monitor order status in real time.
Retrieve the completed report once the fulfillment events indicate delivery.
Known gotchas
