Steps Register a webhook endpoint in the RiskOS dashboard/API to receive evaluation lifecycle events Handle the evaluation_completed event to retrieve the final decision, status, and data_enrichments payload for a submitted DocV evaluation Handle evaluation_paused for evaluations waiting on additional async input (e.g. a document resubmission or OTP step) Handle evaluation_resumed once the paused evaluation continues processing after that input is received Use the envelope's event_id and eval_id to deduplicate retried webhook deliveries and correlate events back to your stored evaluation
Known gotchas evaluation_paused does not mean failure — treating it as terminal will incorrectly close out cases that are still awaiting user action This is current RiskOS platform terminology; older integrations built against legacy Socure ID+ naming will not match these event_type values Webhook delivery can retry, so event handling must be idempotent using event_id rather than assuming single delivery
