Documented steps Pass proxies to bb.sessions.create() - 'proxies: true' uses the default managed proxy. Explicit Browserbase managed proxy with geolocation: '{type:"browserbase", geolocation:{country:"US", state:"CA", city:"San Francisco"}}'. External proxy: '{type:"external", server:"http://proxy.example.com:8080", username, password}'. Restrict which traffic uses the proxy with domainPattern, e.g. '*.example.com'. Multiple proxy entries can be combined in an array, each with its own domainPattern. Docs: https://docs.browserbase.com/reference/sdk/python , https://docs.browserbase.com/reference/sdk/nodejs Known gotchas domainPattern limits the proxy to matching hosts; requests to other hosts bypass the proxy. External proxies require the server field; managed proxies use geolocation instead. Geolocation values are country/state/city; providing partial values (e.g. country only) is allowed.
