  1. Create a token at https://railway.com/account/tokens — Account and Workspace tokens (and OAuth tokens) are sent as 'Authorization: Bearer <token>'; Project tokens instead use the 'Project-Access-Token: <token>' header
  2. POST GraphQL to https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2 with Content-Type: application/json
  3. Verify auth with: query { me { id name email } }
  4. Check X-RateLimit-Limit / X-RateLimit-Remaining / X-RateLimit-Reset response headers to track quota
