Documented steps
Upload your .zip/.crx extension in the Browserbase dashboard under your project to obtain an extensionId.
POST https://api.browserbase.com/v1/sessions with header X-BB-API-Key and set the top-level extensionId parameter (the extension is installed when the session starts).
Alternatively set browserSettings.extensionId for the same effect via browser settings.
Start the session; the extension is loaded into the browser context automatically.

Known gotchas
extensionId must reference an extension already uploaded to your project; an invalid id causes session creation to fail.
Extensions are fixed per session at creation; changing extension requires creating a new session.
Free/limited plans may restrict extension support; confirm your plan before relying on it.
