Access the FAA UAS Data Delivery System (UDDS) at udds-faa.opendata.arcgis.com to download current Facility Map datasets in open geospatial formats
Import the grid-cell ceiling data into your GIS/backend to look up the maximum altitude the FAA may authorize for Part 107 ops at a given location without additional safety analysis
Cross-reference facility map ceilings against your planned altitude before submitting a LAANC request, since exceeding the ceiling triggers manual/further-coordination review
Treat facility map data as informational only — it does not itself authorize flight; pair it with an actual LAANC or FAADroneZone authorization workflow

Known gotchas
