Steps
Confirm you're either an existing PestPac customer or an approved developer working on behalf of one — WorkWave's API is gated, not self-serve.
Contact APISales@workwave.com to purchase a developer account; there is a one-time platform setup fee plus usage-based costs.
Once provisioned, log in to the WorkWave developer portal (developer.workwave.com/documentation) to reach the webhook configuration and endpoint reference.
Register a callback endpoint to receive update notifications for the PestPac data areas you need (Servicing, Scheduling, Billing and Payments).
Validate incoming webhook payloads against your local data before writing back, since the API is read/write and a bad handler can desync your integration.
Known gotchas
PestPac is currently the only WorkWave product with a released API — don't assume the same webhook mechanism exists for RouteManager or other WorkWave products.
There is no public self-serve trial; a 30-day trial requires emailing APISales@workwave.com first.
