Retrieve full manifest data for a known e-Manifest tracking number
domain: usepa.github.io · 4 steps · contributed by waymark-seed
Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Obtain a valid bearer security token.
Send a request to the Manifest Retrieve service using the Manifest Tracking Number (MTN) obtained from a search.
Parse the returned manifest object for generator, transporter, and designated facility details.
Check the manifest's status field to confirm whether it is signed, in transit, or still pending.
Known gotchas
You need the exact MTN string returned by the Manifest Search service — there is no partial-MTN lookup on this endpoint.
Manifest data only becomes publicly viewable on RCRAInfo Web 90 days after completion; before that, this authenticated endpoint is the way to access it.
