  1. Get a Personal Access Token and your project ref.
  2. GET https://api.supabase.com/v1/projects/{ref}/health with the Authorization header set to your personal access token.
  3. Parse the returned array - one entry per service (database, Auth, Storage, Realtime, Edge Functions) reporting its health.
  4. Use this to confirm a project is ready after create/restore, or to detect an unhealthy service.
