Provision a DocuSign Rooms for Real Estate account and obtain OAuth 2.0 credentials scoped to the Rooms API
Call the room templates resource to choose the correct template (e.g., Listing, Sale)
Create a room from the template, then set field data with the FieldData resource
Use the Documents resource to upload or link required transaction documents into the room
Invite users to the room via the Office/Role resources so agents, TCs, and clients can collaborate
