Steps
In the TWICE Admin, go to Settings > Integrations & API and scroll to the Webhook section.
Click Create Event, choose the trigger (e.g. 'Order Started'), and click Next.
Enter the notification URL(s) that should receive the webhook — TWICE supports up to 5 target URLs per webhook.
Send a test event (e.g. using a request-bin service) to confirm the payload arrives at your endpoint before going live.
Give the webhook a descriptive label and click Create Webhook to finalize it; it will then appear in your webhook list for future edits.
Known gotchas
Webhook creation here is done through the Admin UI wizard, not a documented POST /webhooks call in the current article — for programmatic webhook management, cross-check the live Admin API reference.
This feature requires a Build, Advance, or Expand plan, same as the rest of the TWICE Admin API.
TWICE has previously deprecated older webhook event formats (see their 'Updating Deprecated TWICE Webhooks' guidance), so pin down which event schema version you're integrating against.
