Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗

Steps

  1. In Bob's admin settings, create a new API Service User (distinct from a real employee account)
  2. Create a dedicated Permission Group containing only the permissions the integration needs
  3. Add the service user to that permission group
  4. Retrieve the service user's ID and token, combine as id:token, and Base64-encode the string
  5. Send the encoded string as an HTTP Basic Authorization header on each API request
