Steps
Authenticate with the generated bearer token
Send a GET request to https://access.uplifter.tech/account to retrieve the list of account IDs and names available to the token
Identify the correct Account ID matching the account selector value used in the Uplifter web UI's top-right account switcher
Pass that Account ID as a parameter on subsequent, account-scoped API calls
Cache the account list locally, since most other endpoints require this ID up front
