Create and manage Leading2Lean (L2L) CloudDISPATCH dispatches from an external system via the L2L Dispatch API

Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Request an API key from L2L Support (self-provisioning is not available)
Build requests against https://{customer}.leading2lean.com/api/1.0/{endpoint}, sending the API key as the `auth` parameter on every GET/POST
POST to an endpoint like dispatches/open with dispatch type, description, and other fields to launch a new dispatch
Use GET against the dispatches endpoint with filters (and `offset`/`limit`) to paginate through existing dispatch records
On an HTTP 429 response, back off for the number of seconds given in the Retry-After header before retrying
Known gotchas
Full official API documentation is only visible from inside a logged-in L2L Dispatch instance (Support > API Documentation); the publicly reachable reference is L2L's own GitHub sample code (leading2lean/dispatch-integration), which should be treated as illustrative rather than a guaranteed-current spec
API keys are issued per customer instance by L2L Support and cannot be self-generated
