  2. Call the Detailed Facility Report REST service with that identifier to pull the facility's compliance record across EPA programs.
  3. Call the Effluent Charts REST service for the same NPDES permit to see permitted effluent limits, actual releases, and any violations over time.
  4. Review recent violation flags before agreeing to work on-site, since repeated exceedances could indicate stricter runoff-containment requirements.
  5. Keep a copy of the pulled compliance snapshot with the job file in case the client later disputes responsibility for any runoff issue.
