3. Parse the ownership percentage bands reported (e.g., 25-50%, 50-75%, 75-100%) — exact percentages are not always disclosed; treat band data accordingly in your risk scoring
4. Where the RBO indicates 'no beneficial owner identified' (a valid filing outcome for publicly-listed or collective investment entities), treat the company as subject to enhanced due diligence rather than flagging as non-compliant
5. Cross-reference the CRO company number with OpenCorporates jurisdiction code 'ie' for additional officer and filing history data
6. Retain a timestamped copy of each RBO query result; Irish AML regulations require obliged entities to document the source and date of UBO information
