Steps
Request a staging API key from CubiCasa (developer.support@cubicasa.com) via your company developer page; staging base URL is https://qa-customers.cubi.casa/api/integrate/v3, per https://integrate.docs.cubi.casa/
Create the job in your own system, then submit it to the Integrate API with an external ID so status callbacks can be matched back to your record
Assign the job to a specific CubiCasa Mobile App user account so the scan task appears in their in-app queue
Listen for status notifications (scan started/completed, floor plan delivered) on your configured callback
Once the raw scan is delivered, pass it through the separate Conversion API (https://conversion.docs.cubi.casa/) and Exporter API (https://exporter.docs.cubi.casa/) to render styled JPG/PNG/SVG/PDF output
Known gotchas
CubiCasa explicitly labels the Integrate API 'work in progress' — validate against staging before shipping production integrations, since schemas can change
Integrate, Conversion, and Exporter are three distinct APIs with separate docs sites; scheduling a scan does not by itself produce a rendered floor plan image
