Enable API access and generate client credentials in Venue Manager
Authenticate to obtain an access token for the Data API
Call the get-signed-waivers endpoint to pull waiver records for a date range
Separately call the waivers-information endpoint to retrieve waiver terms and configuration
Paginate through results and land them in an external database or BI tool on an hourly or daily cadence
Known gotchas
The Data API is read-only and cannot write data back to ROLLER, it exists purely for export
It is not designed for real-time lookups: you cannot query specific records, only paginated data for a time period, so it is unsuitable for at-the-door waiver checks
