  1. Authenticate per Tripleseat's OAuth 2.0 flow (OAuth 1.0 was discontinued July 1, 2026)
  2. Confirm the target Tripleseat location/site ID configured for the lead form
  3. POST the inquiry payload (contact, event date, guest count, notes) to the Leads endpoint using the .json suffix
  4. Check the response for 200 OK and the created lead ID
  5. Verify the lead lands in the correct Tripleseat sales pipeline/location
