Steps

  1. Build an OTA_AirBookLLSRQ with an Air Segment of Status 'GK' (passive/informational) for a carrier not hosted in Sabre
  2. Submit the passive segment to create a PNR shell with all mandatory elements (name, contact, ticketing date field)
  3. Add a remark element documenting the carrier's own confirmation number and ticket number
  4. Price the passive segment using a manual fare entry (SB or stored fare entry) rather than GDS auto-pricing
  5. Issue a Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) or a paper ticket against the manual fare if electronic ticketing is unavailable
  6. Queue the PNR to an offline processing queue for agency accounting reconciliation
