Steps
Get an API key from Heritage Pool Plus at heritagepoolplus.com/integrations under the Resources tab, then click Heritage Integrations
In Pool Brain go to Settings > Integrations, enter your Heritage Account ID and API key, and click Connect
Select a default branch, since pricing varies by branch and a branch selection is required for the integration to activate
Add the Heritage Item Number to each product's Heritage Number field so nightly cost syncing knows what to match
Use Pool Brain's purchase order screen to place orders directly with Heritage, track shipment status, and receive items into inventory
Known gotchas
A default branch must be selected or the integration will not sync at all
Heritage costs are only pulled once nightly, so same-day price changes at Heritage won't appear immediately in Pool Brain
The Heritage API key generated in the Heritage portal is one-time-use and must be entered into Pool Brain right after generating it
