Steps

  1. Pull the ADAPT plugin interface and Application Data Model libraries from the AgGateway ADAPT GitHub org
  2. Pick or write a plugin that deserializes your proprietary format (e.g. ISOXML, a vendor export) into the ADAPT data model
  3. Populate/query the common ADAPT objects (Grower, Farm, Field, CropZone, etc.) through the shared API rather than the proprietary format directly
  4. To export, use a target plugin to serialize the ADAPT data model back into the destination proprietary format
  5. Reference the TreeDemo/ActiveCropZones sample projects for the create → serialize → import → query round trip
