Steps

  1. Contact Evocon to generate a device ID for the data source and have it whitelisted in the API
  2. Collect production counts from the source system (file, database, PLC, OPC UA server, etc.) on your own polling cadence
  3. Build a data packet containing at minimum a timestamp and the produced quantity for that timestamp
  4. Send the packet via an HTTPS API call to Evocon using the whitelisted device ID
  5. Confirm ingestion in the Evocon dashboard for the corresponding machine/line
