Confirm the integration need — TutorBird does not publish a general-purpose developer API; automation is done through its Zapier app and a small set of native integrations
In TutorBird, go to the Zapier integration settings (or start from the TutorBird app on zapier.com) and connect the account
Build a Zap with a TutorBird trigger (e.g. new student, new lesson) or action, and connect it to the target app (CRM, spreadsheet, email tool, etc.)
Test the Zap with a sample TutorBird record to confirm field mapping before turning it on
