Steps
Read the official 'FuelCloud API' support article (help.fuelcloud.com) confirming API access is by-request-only, not self-serve.
Submit the linked Google Form to request API access; FuelCloud support (support@fuelcloud.com) provisions credentials after review.
Once approved, use the Postman-published 'FuelCloud API Developer Document' at developer.fuelcloud.com as the live reference for endpoints, auth headers, and example requests/responses, with generated code samples in cURL, Python, Node, and other languages.
Import the Postman collection (or use the 'Run in Postman' button on the docs) to test authenticated calls against your provisioned account before writing production integration code.
Build your integration against the versioned 'v1.0' API surface shown in the docs, and monitor FuelCloud's help center for versioning/deprecation notices.
Known gotchas
Access is gated by request/approval — do not assume you can call the API with just a FuelCloud dashboard login; budget lead time for the request-form turnaround.
This is the general FuelCloud transaction/fuel-management API, not the Anova/Tank Utility xFluid tank-level feed already covered elsewhere — the two integrations carry different data (delivery/dispensing transactions vs. tank level readings) and are configured separately.
The public developer portal is a Postman-generated doc site; re-verify current endpoint paths there each time since such docs can be edited without a version-controlled changelog.
